Spirulina sprinkles is delicious simply added to every dishes you cook as salads, pastas, etc…. You can mix it to juices, smoothies, to sauces. It is better not to heat it to keep all its nutriments intact. So it is better to add it instead of cooking it.
SPIRULINA ORANGE JUICE
A fast and easy way to eat your spirulina amount and start the day full of energy is with orange juice. You can add one to two tea spoons of spirulina sprinkles to your frech orange juice and mix it.
For all your sandwiches or apperitif toasts : mix 100 gr of green olives with 3 tea spoons of spirulina. Spread it and enjoy.
SMOOTHIE APPLE-ORANGE, BANANA AND SPIRULINA
50 cl smoothie:
- 1 banana
- 1 to 2 orange(s) juice
- 1 apple
- 1 to 2 tea spoons of spirulina sprinkles
- 1 cm ginger
- little bit of water
Peel the apple, banana and ginger. Pour fruit pieces in a bowl or a blender. Fill orange juice and water to the fruit line. Mix.
GREEN VEGETABLE PASTA AND SPIRULINA
- 1 zucchini and 1 fennel
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 handfull of sunflower seeds
- 3-4 tea spoons of spirulina
- 3-4 spoons of gomasio
- olive oil, pepper and salt
- 250 gr pasta
Wash the zucchini and the fennel, dice thoses. Cook the vegetables in a pan with olive oil. Keep vegetables crunchy.
Add garlic clove, salt and pepper to it. Cook pasta in a separate pot. In an other pan, cook sunflower seeds.
Serve pastas, then add a little bit of olive oil then the vegetables. Sprinkle sunflower seeds, gomasio and spirulina last. Enjoy…
